What is a Delphi study?
A Delphi study is a structured survey process used to reach consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders. Participants take part in three rounds of online questionnaires, where they rate and comment on the importance of different outcomes. After each round, the results are shared anonymously with the group, allowing participants to reflect and adjust their responses. Over time, this helps build agreement on what matters most.
